Casita Anya is a unique destination on the Caribbean coast set in the hills of secondary rainforest. A modern glamping dome on a terrace set back from the road, you can relax amongst the sights and sounds of the Costa Rican jungle with all modern amenities available to you. We have designed the accommodation to have minimum impact on the surrounding forest and you will feel part of your natural surroundings during your stay. Despite the quiet and peaceful location, Casita Anya is perfectly located for the many attractions of the local area such as Puerto Viejo, Cahuita National Park, BriBri Waterfalls and more. The Carbon river is also just 150 metres away and is a popular destination for locals wanting a cooling dip in the hot weather. Due to the elevated location of Casita Anya that provides such stunning panoramic views, we would advise guests that the 36 hillside steps leading up to the accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We would also advise guests that given the quiet, rural location of the accommodation, transport is recommended (however, TukTuk/Taxi/Uber transport is also available). Stacy is a personal trainer and Nick is a writer. They live in a separate property adjoining Casita Anya which is far enough removed to ensure complete privacy during your stay but close enough at hand to offer any help you may need. Life in Costa Rica has been a revelation for Nick and Stacy - the culture, the cuisine and the wildlife - and they are excited to share their new neighbourhood with guests.

Hone Creek is a taste of true Costa Rica away from the the nearby tourist centres of Cahuita and Puerto Viejo. Populated mostly by locals and permanent residents, it gives guests a real feel for life in Costa Rica while being close enough to the many bars, restaurants and shops the nearby towns have to offer.
