The location is great, close to a beautiful beach that is always not so crowded, so it’s a perfect “private beach”. The facilities are beautiful, the pool is great, the breakfast is incredibly, and the staff is super friendly.

This place is truly a haven for relaxation and nature lovers. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional, always friendly and attentive to every need. The beach being so close was a wonderful bonus. Walking along the shore, listening to the soothing waves, was the perfect way to unwind. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to escape and recharge.

It's an outstanding place at a reasonable price, you will get surprise for the value you got for such an affordable hotel in Puerto Viejo so near to Cocles. The administration and all its personal was outstanding. Definitely between my top 5 hotels in the area.

Really comfortable and private hotel for a great price in Puerto Viejo. We loved the size and layout of the room, the patio area and the pool was a nice bonus. It was close to everything but far enough that there was no traffic noise or music from the local clubs. Filtered water and coffee offered daily was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stylish luxury completely immersed in nature. The restaurant and beachclub with second pool at the oceanfront are amazing and have delicious choices One out of 5 higher class hotels we stayed at during our 2 week trip and we all liked it best. The combination with a huge private beach area is perfect. We liked to see some agutis on the property. I got cake with candles, singing waiters and balloonflowers for my birthday! Good to know: you need to cross a street between hotel and restaurant/beachclub/ocean.

Location was unbeatable. So much wildlife right at the doorstep.

Cute little room. Right across from the beach. With small patio and 2 hammocks. AC included. Comfy bed. Staff friendly and attentive. If you would like your drink not too sweet, ask for no sugar.

The property feels private and lush. Staying there was like having my private piece of paradise. The most beautiful beach was a small walk away . . .

Excellent service. Cannot beat the pool and the nice rooms with A/C during the hot days. They have bikes to rent, as well as a tuk tuk. WiFi is great with TV in every quarters to watch Netflix etc. Tim is an excellent host and his staff is extremely accommodating. A true gem. We even came to hang out with friends when staying elsewhere because the vibe is Pura Vida!

I absolutely loved this hotel, it's located on a beautiful bit of beach and the grounds are fantastically presented although a little small. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food pretty good. My room - the garden view with private pool was phenomal with all doors opening up so I felt like I was living in nature.

The location is excellent. The creativity of the buildings and surroundings is remarkable. The breakfast was excellent.

If you want a nice place to stay definitely this is the option for you, the owner is very nice the rooms very clean and confortable and the location is very close from the town. You feel like you’re on home 🌸

I loved the location, the hammock, mosquito net, and the little private porch. You can get a tuktuk from Cafe Viejo very close by. Short walk from a MEPE bus stop drop off.

This hotel is set a bit away from the main road but totally walkable to everything. The rooms are decorated so lovely, you feel calm as you walk in the door. The lobby is just as serene with local plants growing throughout, and hummingbirds flying through. Cats on premise visit you if you like 🙂 Besides the beauty, you will find the women who attend to the front desk are so welcoming and incredibly helpful. Anything you need, they will help you. They will arrange things for you and advise on where to visit. Can’t say enough about this hotel!!

Super clean. Great communal kitchen with everything you need. Excellent location off the main road but close enough to walk to restaurants, stores and bus stations
