Just a 3–4 minute drive or a 25-minute walk from downtown Tamarindo, you'll find the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, and many outdoor activities. The property features a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor barbecue, a bathroom with hot water and a rain shower, highlighted by a large picture window that fills the space with natural light and overlooks the beautiful tropical plants surrounding the Treehouse. This distinctive architectural feature creates a seamless connection between the bathroom, the lush outdoor surroundings, and the Treehouse interior, allowing guests to enjoy the greenery while showering and offering views directly into the living and sleeping space. The property also includes an air-conditioned bedroom, a dedicated workspace with a desk for remote work, a cozy hammock area, a tiny pool beneath the trees, a terrace with beautiful ocean and mountain views, WiFi, and private parking with security cameras. One of the special features of Cocolhu is its close connection to nature. Large windows throughout the Treehouse provide abundant natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding tropical landscape. Due to the unique design, not all windows have curtains or blinds, allowing guests to fully enjoy the natural light and atmosphere. During your stay, you may encounter howler monkeys, colorful birds, butterflies, and other local wildlife. As part of the rainforest experience, guests may occasionally hear howler monkeys and other natural sounds early in the morning. Important Note: Due to the Treehouse's open connection with nature, guests sensitive to early morning light or natural sounds may wish to bring a sleep mask & earplugs for additional comfort.
