As soon as you step foot in this home away, you will immediately be greeted by the eclectic tropical decor, stylish furnishings, and open layout of the dining area, kitchen, and living room. The sand is mere steps away, so there will be no delay in getting those sandy toes and sun-kissed skin. When you return to home base, head into the fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances, beautiful stone countertops/backsplash, and breakfast bar seating to whip up tasty recipes with ease as you reminisce with loved ones. Plus, everyone can stay connected with stable WiFi and the TV in the living area will come in handy for movie nights as everyone kicks back on the plush sofa or comfy recliner. Though you will have everything you need right at your fingertips, there is a commercial center (Flamingo) less than a mile away with a small grocery store, a restaurant, and a car rental. The beach at Flamingo is a beautiful white sandy beach mere minutes away as well. It is recommended that you rent a car to be able to move around and discover other beaches in the area like Playa Conchal, Brasilito, Playa Grande, and Tamarindo. For nightlife and more shops and restaurants, visit Tamarindo, which is about 25 kilometers south. Things to Know This condo is nestled on the farther side of the resort. There are two convenient routes. One includes sets of stairs. The alternative is a leisurely stroll through the resort. There may be temporary water interruptions during your stay due to regional circumstances in Guanacaste. The parking lot is located on the street. Please note that the main property access involves approximately 80 stairs, which guests will need to descend upon arrival and climb when departing. For a more convenient alternative, guests may use the side entrance, which avoids the stairs entirely.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
