Located in Flamingo Towers in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica, this condo offers some of the best views in the area, including Flamingo Cove, Loros Island and lush greenery. Its prime location on the south end of the fourth floor provides panoramic vistas and a peaceful, private setting, with only one neighboring unit. The condo is fully furnished and beautifully decorated, offering spacious, comfortable living with a living room seating 6, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a dining area that seats 4. There are two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and access to the back balcony, and a second bedroom with a full-sized bed and access to the front balcony. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms with beach and greenbelt views.
