The villas of Las Palomas are perched on a small hillside in the beautiful Caribbean coastal town of Cocles, Costa Rica. Just a few minutes down the road from the bustling town of Puerto Viejo. Centrally located between Cahuita and Manzanillo, allowing you to explore the many beaches and towns in between to experience everything the Caribbean coast has to offer. From a couple looking to reconnect on a quiet get away, a family coming together for a reunion, or a group looking for that perfect spot to hold a retreat, Las Palomas has the space and flexibility to meet all of these needs. 4 well-equipped villas, built of beautiful tropical hardwoods, are nestled in a tropical rainforest setting surrounded by lush gardens and nature. Listen to the green parrots and toucans, spot sloths or monkeys in the trees as you relax on your deck. Each villa has a character of its own. From villas with open air living space and kitchen, an open air villa protected with screens, or a more enclosed villa with fully retractable wooden screen doors to bring the outdoors inside. Each villa has a full, well-equipped kitchen, two air conditioned bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. Aliblanca is handicap accessible.

Neighborhood info

Cocles is a quiet, bike -friendly town located between the bustling town of Puerto Viejo and the Wildlife refuge town of Manzanillo. The area is best explored by bicycle so you can hop on and off at the many pristine beaches that dot this coastline, as well as stop at the many local shops, restaurants and local stands that dot the coastline. For further exploring, local taxis or TukTuks are easily arranged to take you to where you want to go.
