The property is large & located in urban center, private & wetlands preserve adjacent to property with ancient trees & all the animals. Birds , sloths, howlers , iguanas… It’s in a quiet diverse gentrifying barrio next to a Boutique Hotel, house on the left just before Hotel Indalo . 3 blocks to the Caribe Sur & downtown. I have 2 cats & they spend a lot of time outside . Stella is my 10kg , 6 year old , service dog who is always with me , very friendly she likes to play . There is ample free parking. Cars are not necessary for Puerto Viejo , nothing more than 5 blocks away , 0.5 KM. 3 blocks to all restaurants, bars, clubs & ocean .
Love travel, yoga, dancing, the beach, music & fine dining. Ex mountain & city girl. Happy to help with tours , dinners etc . I’ve been visiting Puerto for nearly 30 years & bought my house, typical Tico house, tile floors , front & back porch, 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. High ceiling in living room. Lots of windows & breezes .
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION quiet safe scenic 3 blocks from the sea & downtown . Puerto Viejo Centro. Local barrio that’s diverse on a paved road with parking .
