The house is located in the center of Puerto Viejo 2-4 blocks from everything. It’s a safe family neighborhood. House is spacious with front & back porches , parking & backyard. We are next to a small forest for privacy & viewing of birds , sloths & monkeys . We added a second bathroom so we are officially a 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath House . The kitchen & living spaces are large & open & shared. The host is gone all day & 24/7 if both rooms are rented . Peaches is the queen of the house a cat that lives outside coming inside only when it’s meal time but she is fed on the porches & sleeps outside. Stella is my small well trained service dog who is with me 24/7 & we spend all our days at the Beach Cabina. Massages, private yoga sessions & Tarot readings are available in the garden or at the beach cabina next to the sea, 3 blocks away .
