Property is located 50 m from the ocean. Normally, there is lots of wildlife around, including sloths, howler monkeys, iguanas, birds, butterflies. Great snorkeling swimming directly in the front. Pathway along the beach takes you to puerto viejo town headed north and Cocles beach headed south both with in a kilometer walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and also a convenience store directly across the street.
