Micasas offers vacation rentals, property management, transportation services, tours throughout the Central Pacific region, and cleaning services. We will make your stay a pleasant one for you and your companions. To complete the check-in process, please visit our office located in the Century 21 building, across from KFC Jaco. Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., we would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance so that we can coordinate your check-in without any problems. We ask that you send us the full name and ID or passport number of each guest. (Only the number of people indicated in your Booking reservation may check in). The security guard will verify the physical documents at the time of check-in.

Just steps from the sand and a short walk from the vibrant city center, this beautifully decorated unit offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from not one, but two private terraces—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. With direct beach access and spacious living areas, this is coastal living at its finest. The unit is equipped and comes with some amenities such as trash bags, bath soap, shampoo, dish soap, and toilet paper. Once these are used up, the guest must purchase them at the supermarket. We have an inventory of items that are checked before your arrival and again at the time of your departure.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is right on the beach and features two private terraces with spectacular sea views.

Beautiful free-form swimming pool with a separate children's pool. WIFI and AC in all rooms. Direct beach access. Parking is free and has limited spaces (one vehicle per booking, subject to availability). Pool hours: 08:00 to 22:00.

No visitors allowed. No pets permitted.

IMPORTANT: Guests and their companions must provide their full name and ID number in advance. A credit card in the name of the booking holder will be required in case of damages, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
