Back at your stay, continue to enjoy the sway of the palms and the fresh breeze from the covered, private balcony. Inside, all of life's little comforts are made available to you. The open living room boasts a large smart TV and ample seating, whereas the adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and other gadgets like a coffee maker and toaster. A stackable washer/dryer is available off the kitchen. A calm space for you to relax, the primary bedroom has quick balcony access and a large en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. With central air-conditioning and soft linens in each of the bedrooms, everyone's satisfaction is guaranteed. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The two twin beds can be pushed together to form a king-size bed. This configuration may be requested in advance of your stay.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 18 years of age to book. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
