Enjoy our Cool, Renovated and Perfectly located Surf House & Apartments with A/C, WiFi, Fully equipped Kitchen, Bathroom and outside Patio. 3 Min Walk to the Beach, Grocery Store, Restaurants,Shops and much more! Stay in our complex, surrounded by Amazing Nature and it's Life. You will be very close to "down town" but still far enough to be away from noises and enjoy a relaxing vacation. Our Neighborhood is very safe and private!

Neighborhood info

Colibri Surf Flats is named after the Hummingbirds that are constantly in our Garden. Our complex is located on a great spot in Santa Teresa/ Playa Carmen which has everything to make your stay unforgettable! If you like Surfing, you only have to walk 3 min to the Surf Spot which is right in front of our street. Same distance to Restaurants, Grocery stores and many other places. The Jungle is right behind us. Howler Monkeys and all sort of Birds looking for fruits will keep you entertained on sunset hours while sitting in the outside area enjoying a cold drink.
