A brand new charming and modern Aparthotel with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, and kitchen with electric frying pan. Three block walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Puntarenas and downtown Puntarenas. Next to a recently renovated beautiful park. Wifi and air conditioning included. Free outdoor parking under the building in reserved spaces--cameras for security. Police patrol regularly in the area around the park. For the safety of our permanent residents, private/gated parking is NOT available.
