We will offer you high-speed WI-FI 100 MG, a beautiful private terrace overlooking a saltwater pool, equipped kitchen, bathroom, queen bed, sofa bed, Smart TV and of course A/C, cleaning everyday and free parking.
Hello, my name is Marlon, and I'm very excited to be your host during your stay in Shark Town. I'm originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, but for years I've visited the area of Mal Pais / Santa Teresa with my family, and we all fell in love with the area, it's just paradise to us. Our staff and I will be happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay. Our hotel has a shark theme, because my family and I love them, and we thought it would be great for the hotel to have a theme and make it more entertaining to our guests.
The wonderful thing about Santa Teresa / Mal País is how it manages to combine nature with adventure in one place. Shark Town located just a 5-minute walk from the beach of Mal País, and less than 10-minute walk from Playa Carmen and the town, just 1 minute by car, offers you a pleasant stay in our private, quiet and comfortable studios for 2 -3 people or the villa with 2 bedrooms and a large private terrace with outdoor shower for up to 6 people. Santa Teresa is beyong amazing, from how magnificent its beaches are, all the activities you can do from surfing to yoga to just chill at the beach and watch the amazing sunsets. A place where you get to know people from all over the world, you can visit a variety of restaurants of all styles, from our typical Costa Rican food to italian, mediterranean, american, japanese, argentinian, israeli food, among others.
