Magnificent semi-detached townhouse, in Complex Valle Dorado #9.Safe and quiet urbanitation. with security guard, Located 300 meters from the beautiful Coco Beach and all services,(choice of restaurants, bakery, cafes, supermarket, pharmacies, bar, fishing, marine activities, golf is not far. etc.) 3 smalls shopping centers, Pueblito Norte, Sur. and Costa Mar Modern and renovated house on 2 floors, ground floor with open concept with independent entrance and exit, Beautiful fully equipped granite kitchen, living room with tv and sofa bed, dining room and bathroom. Wall-mounted air conditioning, and 2 ceiling fans Second floor, You find 2 beautiful bedrooms, The first has 1 King bed, also patio door exit to the balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, air conditioning, wall TV, ceiling fan and plenty of storage, Second bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wall TV as well as storage, lots of light.
