Villa Ananda is a stylish, newly renovated Villa in peaceful Mal Pais, only a few minutes walk to the area's most tranquil and picturesque beaches, but close enough to lively Santa Teresa, with all its shops, restaurants and world-class waves. The modern two-bedroom Villa can accommodate up to six people and boasts an airy and light design with warm wooden finishes. It offers all the necessary amenities, as well as some luxurious touches, perfect for a tropical getaway by the Pacific. Live the beach lifestyle in this two-story, secluded and gated Villa, just minutes from the serene beaches of Mal Pais. With two bedrooms on separate floors, each containing a king size bed and a sofa bed, two pampering full bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, as well as an outdoor porch and kitchenette on the second floor, it offers everything you need for a dream vacation. Our guests can enjoy evenings lounging by the private pool and jacuzzi, barbecuing and enjoying the nearby ocean breeze. The outdoor area is also an ideal venue for small gatherings and events, which must coordinated in advance with additional charges. Fresh towels, linens and a daily cleaning service are included.

A few minutes drive north of Villa Ananda is the Mal Pais-Santa Teresa crossroads, where you can find banks, surf shops and restaurants, and the road leading to Santa Teresa. To the south of the property, the Mal Pais road ends at a local fishing hamlet and Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve.
