Casa Colonial Koenig is an old Sobrado build in the middle of the 19 the century back in the colonial days. The last owners of the house were the Koenig family that originated from Germany, therefor the name of the hotel, Casa Colonial Koenig Casa Colonial Koenig is located in the historic center of São filipe, in front of city hall, and near the church ( Igreja Matriz.)
