Welcome to La Residencia, two large bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows made in Italy are waiting for you! The orange room is equipped with a private bathroom, the yellow room is "children welcome": on request is organized with a tent for Indians, a table, chairs and armchairs for children! In the common area a wonderful swing is ready to cradle you. Two sofa beds are placed , one in the third bedroom and one in the living room , if necessary, ready for family and large groups!
My name is Julio Jose Ramos, I worked many years with Engineers and Architects in the field of renovations and buildings. I have been retired for a few years and it makes me happy to host and meet people from all over the world, I speak fluent English and Portuguese.
The house, recently renovated, is very spacious and comfortable! Located on the Cruz João Évora hill belvedere, 800 meters from the sea or the center of Mindelo. The neighborhood is cheerful and lively with a small square with three supermarkets (open every day from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm), bar, barber shop and a multi-sports center!
