Property info

This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony fully renovated in July 2023, can host from 1 to 2 guests. There is a king size bed in the bedroom. There is a fully functional kitchen with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. A toilet with a shower, there are solar panels that give enough hot water for 10 showers per day. In the unlike case that extra hot water is requires there is a heater. There are air-conditions in the room and lounge/diner.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the centre of Limassol which is a very popular holiday destination. The main shopping street of Limassol (Anexartisias) is within a 6' walk. Sea side/swimming side is within a distance of 1km. Polyclinic which is the biggest private hospital is exactly opposite the apartment. You can find everything you wish within a walking distance of maximum 7' supermarket, coffee shops, ATM/Banks, public transport, bars, restaurants.
