First floor apartment overlooking the wonderful communal pools on Helios Heights. Two minute stroll from tennis and padel courts, and resort village centre. Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both en suite (double with bath and overhead shower / twin with shower) with balconies overlooking the pool. Both rooms can be configured as either twins or doubles if required. Full Apartment Description: The apartment is a well-furnished, light and charming first floor apartment. The living and dining area are open plan and there is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with Nespresso coffee machine. The living area opens out onto a large balcony that has lovely views overlooking the communal pool. The living area is furnished with comfortable sofas, and a large 43" smart TV with a comprehensible TV system that offers International channels, unlimited movies and sports, as well as kids TV and movies. The master double has an en-suite with bath & overhead shower, and the twin room has an en-suite with shower unit. Both bedrooms have a small private balcony with table and chairs - lovely for a morning coffee. The living room balcony is furnished with dining table and chairs and a Gas BBQ. There are four sunbeds for use around the pool too. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (providing heating in cooler months) and has free reliable wi-fi. Other properties available close by for groups who wish to stay in close proximity. Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.
