Villa Avgoustis is a fully restored stone house with 4 bedrooms, located literally in the heart of the wine area of Cyprus. With an altitude of 700m, the village of Pachna provides its visitors with great opportunities to enjoy the islands primary values. The sea side, the mountains and the vineyards all at the visitors disposal. 20 minutes away from the city life of Limassol and Paphos, two of the major cities of the island, 10 minutes away from the nearest southern beach with services and of course in the middle of the famous wine routs, the guests are in for an amazing experience. This 150 year old fully restored stone house, provides its guests with a swimming pool, garden, large patios and sun bathing areas, BBQ facilities and lots of space for relaxation. it also offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven and nesspresso coffee, washing machine and dishwasher dining areas, exterior and interior as well as a large traditional fire place. It's amazing value is the zen mood it provides its guests with, since they have the chance to relax and enjoy the private inner court yard and pool area and the vegetation around in complete privacy.
