Newly refurbished luxury studio flat right in the heart of Summer Limassol. During summer periods this flat is located exactly where you want to be. The flat has been entirely renovated recently and it looks beautiful, ideal for a couple and their child. 3 adults can also fit and sleep comfortably as there is a sofa bed. Luxury bathroom, lovely kitchen with washing machine/oven, spacious sitting area which includes the bed and lastly a small, but easily fits 3 adults, balcony with outdoor furniture. The only downfall is that the flat does not matches the building as it is almost 35 years old and is not kept to the best conditions. Exterior and stairs leading to the flat might surprise you but the flat and the location is worth it.

Within walking distance of the most famous beach bar in Cyprus, Guaba, this flat offers many other transport free activities. Beautiful nearby beaches including water sports and beach bars, high-quality food restaurants but also fast food, bowling, sea-side coffee shops and many more. Perfect location for a night walk along the sea-side where you can find almost everything. The newly built Limassol Marina is about 10 minutes drive from the flat which is very easy to get there as it is a straight road leading to it. Very safe neighborhood so don't be alarmed if the driveway-walkway leading to the flat is dark
