Be My Guest (BMG) is a young and dynamic company based in Limassol specialising in managing property for clients living locally and abroad. Our main focus is on short term holiday rentals which require more time and attention, however provide property owners better security and annual yield from their investment. Our portfolio not only consists of properties for our clients, but also of our own, therefore as owners we understand the property market from both perspectives. BMG is owned by Mario who lives in Limassol with his family. Having spent over 20 years in London, he considers himself an English Cypriot and therefore professionalism and hospitality come naturally to him. Because of his love for travelling and meeting new people he knows how important it is to feel welcome when guests arrive, therefore he always does his utmost to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Being a local he is always on hand to assist guests find the right places to visit and can help with airport transfers if required.

The apartment has to be one of the best located properties in Limassol with everything you need very close by. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are several small supermarkets very near by and you can walk to the Old Harbour, New Marina and Limassol Castle in 15 minutes along the wonderful promenade. All our guests love the location as it's so convenient and easy to get around from, especially if you don't have a car. There is also a bust stop close by where you can take the Number 30 bus which goes up & down the entire beach front road and can take you to MyMall if you fancy going shopping, ice skating, bowling or wandering around shops. Fassouri Waterpark is also around 10 minutes away by car if you want to spend the day there and is a great day out for all the family. We have several wonderful restaurants within walking distance such as La Boca, Columbia Steak House, Noodle House and many more.
