Fully renovated in 2017, the property offers stunning views of the sea from the terrace, as well as from the first and ground floor through large glass windows. You can relax at the roof terrace during the day while sun-bathing on the sunbeds on your own private space, or under the kiosk in the garden on the garden furniture. The house is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen offers you all the necessary equipment for you to cook and enjoy your homemade foods and drinks, including an oven,Microwave, a Nespresso coffee maker, a large refrigerator etc. There is also a washing machine for you to wash your clothes should you need to with the necessary detergents as well as an iron and ironing board. You will fall in love with the place and its location. The house offers all the comforts of home and it is fully air-conditioned.There is a big shower 120cmx90cm on the first floor and another one outside in the garden .There is a big flat SMARTV connected to NETFLIX. A lovely little graphic village, Pervolia can offer relaxation as well as entertainment.There are plenty of eating choices and home delivery service(pizza HUT,local kebabs/grilled) .50 metres from the house there is a PUB serving breakfast .15 minutes walk to centre of Pervolia village where you can find restaurants(Cyprus,Gyros,continental,Sea food,local tavern with live greek music),coffee shops,Kiosk,supermarket.If you are not going to rent a car there is free delivery service from the supermarket(you have to spend 30 euro).Taxi service availiable 24 hours at phone request. You can enjoy long walks on the beachfront walkway, or rent bikes and combine pleasure with excercise. Relax while watching amazing sunsets, or visit the local pub and tavern for a different experience. Or, simply take your car or a taxi and visit Larnaca's hotspots, only 15 minutes away. You can also access the motorway should you want to pay visits to Ayia Napa, Protaras or anyplace else. For surfing lovers Kahuna Surfhouse-Kitesurfing School is at 2 km away. The beaches in front of the house are very clean, and you can enjoy your days and nights listening to the waves breaking on the beach.VERY SAFE AREA.
