Experience comfort and relaxation in this spacious 4-bedroom villa, perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway close to the sea. The villa features 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, and an additional guest toilet for extra convenience. Three of the bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms, offering guests added comfort and privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, while the bright and spacious living room includes a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing evenings together. The fully equipped villa combines modern comfort with a welcoming atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for a memorable holiday. Located only approximately 200 meters from the beach, guests can easily enjoy the crystal-clear waters and sandy shoreline within a short walk. During the summer season, the beach is fully serviced, and sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent at very reasonable prices, making beach days even more enjoyable and convenient. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking. A refundable damage deposit will be collected by card upon arrival and returned after check-out, subject to a property inspection.
