Lovely Junior Villa property on Zephyros village, with beautiful sea, sunset and golf course views. Access to wonderful communal pool, walking distance to Resort centre. Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (with en suite; bath with overhead shower and shower unit), second double bedroom and one twin room that each have a bathroom with shower unit. Full Description: A lovely villa with charming interiors, in a peaceful location enjoying breathtaking views of neighbouring Secret Valley Golf course, as well as sea and sunset views. The outside space includes a landscaped garden, a large upper terrace with dining table and chairs and gas BBQ and a wonderful lower level astro turf garden area, great for chilling and sunbathing or for little ones to play on. On the ground floor there is a living area with comfortable seating and a TV that has a Comprehensive TV system with International sports and unlimited movie channels. The kitchen and dining area are also found on this level, as well as a separate WC. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Both the kitchen and living room have access to the large upper balcony. All 3 bedrooms are located in the cooler downstairs level. The master double has an ensuite bathroom, and the second double and twin room each have a bathroom with shower unit. Both the master double and the second double room have patio doors that open out on to the lower garden. The villa offers free reliable wireless internet, and is air-conditioned throughout (providing heating if required in winter months). The communal pool is just a short stroll from the villa, and the Resort village centre and facilities are around a 10 minute walk away.
