Ultra modern villa with state of the art kitchen appliances, including automated Bosch coffee alarm and surveillance system, sound system across the villa, automatic curtains, designer bathrooms and furniture all across. The villa includes private gym and cinema area. Located only 500m from the beach and city centre
We are a family living between Dubai and Cyprus. This is not strictly a commercial property it is also our home for part of the year.
The villa is next to a historic church, with a ancient catacomb just across. The villa is located only 500m from the city centre, Finikoudes beach and St Lazarus church.
