On the top floor the villa features two spacious bedrooms all equipped with comfortable double beds a family bathroom, a laundry room and large master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro250 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families.
