I am currently living in Cyprus, and I am in love with Cyprus. I have been working in real estate business for over 15 years. Very spacious, fully furnished and equipped apartment with all the necessary items to provide you with a comfortable short or even long terms stay. Grab your personal belongings only and enjoy your accommodation just a step from the popular Malindi beach.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in the popular tourist area of Pareklissia in the east coast of Limassol surrounded with a 5* hotels, beautiful beach of Malindi with many restaurants, shops and cafes and the yachting club in St. Rafael Marina. The complex has a private communal pool and tennis court available for our guests. Convenient access to the city center, as there is a bus stop next to the apartment.
