Fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a private parking next to the entrance. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, no frost refrigerator, built in oven, ceramic hob, cooker hood and three brand new inverter air conditions. Walk in shower, 55" smart TV, 30 square meters veranda with stylish furniture. Bus stop and supermarket walking distance less than 50 and 200 meters respectively. 500 meters from popular fish restaurants Zephyros and Psarolimano. Castella beach and Nusa beach bar 700 meters away. Further down the famous Makenzy beach with plenty of beach bars, restaurants, cafe and ice cream shops.
