This original and fully restored rustic stone house nestled at the foothills of Troodos mountains Just 5 Km from Platres and 5-10 minutes from Omodos. Quiet and private serenity in a generous setting with swimming pool and distant views. The house provides two luxurious one bedroom flats sympathetically decorated to enhance the rustic charm of this original cottage in the heart of the Limassol wine region. The Ruby Suite is at Garden level and has its own private entrance through the rear garden. There are copious amounts of outside seating and outside space. The Jasmin Suite is at street level with its own private entrance from the road. It has a charming balcony overlooking the rear garden and swimming pool. There are private outside spaces and seating. Both suites are luxuriously appointed with double beds, double sofa beds in the living rooms, fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, luxury bathrooms with double basins and showers. Externally, there is a 9m x 4m swimming pool with outside shower and generous amount of seating and sun loungers.
Mandria Village is very charming. There are a few private wineries dotted around and nice treks and walks along the river which runs through the village. Platres resort is 5 minutes by car and Troodos circa 15 minutes. Omodos village is also very near circa 5 - 10 minutes
