Be My Guest Cyprus (BMG) is a young and dynamic company based in Limassol specialising in managing property for clients living locally and abroad. Our main focus is on short term holiday rentals which require more time and attention, however provide property owners better security and annual yield from their investment. Our portfolio not only consists of properties for our clients, but also of our own, therefore as owners we understand the property market from both perspectives. BMG is owned by Mario who lives in Limassol with his family. Having spent over 20 years in London, he considers himself an English Cypriot and therefore professionalism and hospitality come naturally to him. Because of his love for travelling and meeting new people he knows how important it is to feel welcome when guests arrive, therefore he always does his utmost to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. There is no allocated parking but there is plenty of off street parking nearby.
