Petalmo City Hotel apartments have recently (January 2026 ) had internal renovations. Cleaning service including change of towels and linen is provided after 4 nights. , but if fresh towels is needed or required before that, it is by request from the office! Petalmo City Hotel apartments is a family run business. Me and my niece run the hotels everyday needs and look after our guests. As we only have 16 apartments, we are flexible to assist all our guests needs. After office hour Check In is done at the 3 rd floor , flat 304 , which is the night shift . One of Larnaca's best local taverns is just below of the apartments, where guests can enjoy local meat and fish dishes. Be sure you visit on a weekend when there is live music! Petalmo city apartments is located in the heart of Larnaca. Everything is nearby and you do not need a car to get around. The General bus station is also located 500 meters away so it's easy to travel and visit other cities.

Hi, I am Haig the owner of Petalmo City apt. My niece Monique is the manager of the hotel. I like meeting my guests who come from all around the world and learning about their cultures. My favorite sport is tennis. I was and i am Cyprus champion and now i am playing competitive ITF Seniors internationally, currently ranked number 54 worldwide in my age group! Monique was and is also playing ITF tournaments with a world best ranking at 23. We both enjoy sports and host sport tourism at the hotel during major events.

We are located in the heart of Larnaca city center. We are surrounded by many nice local restaurants, coffee shops, bars, pubs, shops, banks and the local post office and the Cyprus tourist organization is just around the corner. We are 250 meters from the famous blue flag Finikoudes beach. The general bus stop connecting you to the other cities and to the airport is also located on the Finikoudes beach.
