A lovely 2 bedroom recently renovated apartment in a centre of Chloraka, featuring its own private parking spot. A perfect place for families and groups of up to 4 people, seeking relaxation and quiet. As you enter the apartment straight on your right-hand side you will find the open-plan living area. Here you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for four people, and comfortable couches where you can lay back and relax while you enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen tv. The large sliding doors lead to the apartment's unique veranda, the perfect place for you to enjoy the majestic view. The left side of the corridor leads to the bedroom and bathroom area. The master bedroom features a double bed while the second bedroom features a trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own wardrobes and are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The bathroom features a sink, a toilet, and a bathtub. Listing Update: Dear guests, please be advised that due to construction work in the surrounding area, you may experience some noise disruption.

Chloraka is a place with beautiful beaches and intense opposites. With old and modern buildings, natural environment, and culture which combines Greek, European, and Middle Eastern influences. In Chloraka you can find hotels, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops but the most notable are its hospitable residents. The area's main characteristic are are the beaches which are well known for their blue waters and golden sand. The whole village is a balcony to the Mediterranean with rocky slopes, tremith trees, and green fields. It is a perfect location that never loses its charm.
