Modern, nice and quiet place with lovely garden, great terrace. Comfortable flat with two bedrooms, nice living area with big glass doors getting you into our garden with nice sitting area and sunbeds. From the garden it is a 3 minute walk to the beach, the swimming pool and tennis court.

Our host Manos will welcome you, give you keys to the tennis court and swimming pool. In case you need a pick-up from the airport, he can arrange that as well for an additional fee of 50 euro.

The flat lies in the ancient Kingdom of Amathus which gives the area the extra experience compared to busy and touristic Limassol itself. Situated next to the brand new 5 star Parklane hotel and only 200 meters from St Raphael Hotel. In between lies a blue flag beach where you can choose to dip into the sea from a rock or enter it via a very clean and sandy beach. All within walking distance are nice beach bars and restaurant such as Malindi, Sea Plus and Blue Berry.
