The apartment is located in the city center and overlooks Larnaca's Marina from the balcony. As you enter the apartment, you will see open plan kitchen and living room with dining table. You can find yourself relaxing on a sofa with a book or a newspaper or just watch TV. There is also a desk when you find yourself busy working on your project. Air conditioning is available in both living room and bedroom. T&E Apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holidays: free Wi-Fi; TV with variety of international channels; cookware, tableware, toaster, kettle; bath, hand towels for each guest; shampoo, hairdryer, iron board, iron, washing machine.

You will be greeted on arrival to the T&E Villa and I am always available by phone, WhatsApp or Skype We speak English and Russian. Apartment is located in the city center and you will have access to variety of restaurants, bars and shops. As well as access to public sandy beach.

Newly build modern luxury 1 bedroom T&E Apartment for up to 3 people. It is based in the Larnaca's city centre. From the 4th floor balcony, you can enjoy the view of Larnaca’s Marina and Finikoudes beach, which is less than 5 minutes walk away. 10 minutes drive from Airport and 40 minutes drive to Aya Napa. Villa is ideally suited for families or couples. Secure entrance to the apartment block.
