Villa is ideally located if you plan to make most of your holidays in Cyprus as you are only 10 minutes away from Larnaca city center, 15 minutes way from Larnaca Airport, 20 minutes away from Water Park and 30 minutes away from party town Aya Napa. The ground floor features open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a guest toilet. From the ground floor you can exit to the patio and private 3x6m swimming pool with night lighting and four sun loungers. The second floor offers two standard double bedrooms, en-suite master bedroom and a family bathroom. On the top of the building you will find open roof top space and it is great place to have a dinner or spend some time on the sun loungers. Villa is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable living including air conditioning units in all rooms; free Wi-Fi; TV with variety of international channels; game console; cookware, tableware, toaster, kettle, microwave; bath, hand and beach towels for each guest; shampoo, hairdryer, iron board, iron, washing machine.

You will be greeted on the arrival to the T&E Villa, but for further questions host is always available by phone, WhatsApp or Skype. We speak English and Russian. Walking distance from the villa you can find following places of interest: Closest beach to the villa is a quiet pebble beach and is visited mostly by locals. You can try local speciality "souvlaki" in Gregory's take away. Kids playground is located about 100m from the villa. Birds watching house is located about 500m form the villa near the lake. The villa is located 5 min walk from the peddle beach and 10 min walk from the sand beach. Although villas is located in a local village, tourist area is just 15 min walk where you can find restaurants and bars. This is a newly build area and you have hills and fields on one side and sea on the other. If you are looking for quite surroundings, this is a place to stay. City life is just 10 min drive by car or taxi.
