Spectacular spacious apartment in a well kept quiet gated community, charming sea and mountain views. where you can relax while watching sunsets. A short walk to St George Beach and a short drive to beautiful Coral Bay. Close to the bus stop as well as local restaurants, taverns and supermarkets. Midway between King's Avenue Mall and Coral Bay. Fully equipped kitchen. For families with kids - "Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort" is just 100 meters away, where you can spend a day of fun.

This is an exellent gated neighborfood. The location is miday between the Kings Avenue mall and beautiful coral bay, so you can enjoy both worlds. The view from the balcony is amazing sea view. There are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood, and 2 supermarkets nearby.
