Upstairs: 1 air conditioned double bedroom, 1 twin air conditioned bedroom, bathroom, balcony. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
