Surrounded by a lush and mature garden, this property boasts a large swimming pool measuring 11x5.5m and a spacious outdoor area with uninterrupted sea views, perfect for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. The ground floor features an open plan living area with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, a dining table, a comfortable sofa set, and a large smart flat screen TV.
