Villa Madelini is a lovely, well-furnished and well laid-out property all on one level; a bungalow-style villa. Great south-facing, outdoor terraces; the ground floor terrace is furnished with comfortable seating, large BBQ area, dining table & chairs. The private 8x4m pool (can be heated off season at additional cost) and sunbeds are located on the lower patio, which is gated for child safety – great for families with kids! There is also a lovely, spacious roof terrace upstairs (lovely views at sunset) also gated, and comfortably furnished (inc. table tennis table). Inside, the villa has a large open plan living and dining area. The modern kitchen is spacious and very well equipped (including Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher) and faces the living space, making it a social space even for the chef. Patio doors lead out from the dining side to the outdoor eating area with built in BBQ, and from the living area to the outside terrace too. The villa has comfortable sofas and large Smart TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option. The master bedroom has a king size bed, has patio doors that open out to the terrace and pool area, and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second double room and the twin room share a bathroom with large, modern shower. A free travel cot and high chair are available if required. Villa Madelini is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling fans in all rooms and has free reliable wi-fi. Just a 10 minute drive either side of the Resort are the traditional, picturesque villages of Kouklia and Pissouri, both ideal locations for taking in the local culture in the pretty village squares. Restaurants and bars are plentiful in both villages and offer a true Cypriot experience!
