Fantastic three bedroom villa with private pool and beautifully landscaped gardens, withing walking distance of the Resort village centre.
Bedrooms: Master double bedroom (en suite with walk-in shower), second double and one twin bedroom (share bathroom with walk-in shower).
Full Villa Description:
Villa Pera is a lovely 3 bedroom holiday villa located within spacious gardens, with a private 10x5m pool, outside terrace, grass lawn and beautiful grounds. The villa has been comfortably furnished both inside and out, giving it a real home-from-home feel. The ground floor hosts a large living and dining area, as well as a modern, well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine). The living area has comfortable seating, a large TV with a comprehensive TV system with International sports and movie channels with playback option, as well as a PS4 for added entertainment.
The double bedroom and twin bedroom are located on the ground floor, sharing a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom is located upstairs and is en-suite with a large modern walk-in shower. The master bedroom also has its own private balcony overlooking the pool.
The outside space is open and generous; the pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds, dining table and chairs, comfortable seating and a great outside kitchen area that has a gas BBQ, pizza oven and food prep space. The gardens are beautifully landscaped, all on one level with a lawned garden (great for kids) and a charming wooden pergola where you can relax and enjoy a good book.
Fully air-conditioned throughout, with central heating for added comfort in winter months. The villa also has free, reliable wifi. A free travel cot & high chair are available if required.

Just a 20 minute drive from the Resort you can find the beautiful harbour town, Paphos, where there are lots of attractions on offer: sightseeing and archaeology, harbour, boat hire, shopping mall, zoo, waterpark, restaurants and more.
