This apartment was commissioned in November 2023 and is located in a new building approved in April 2023. It is situated on the 2nd floor of an apartment building with a lift. The apartment with 3 rooms totaling 71 m2 has a cellar in which it is possible to store bicycles, skis and other sports equipment. The apartment has, among other things, high-speed internet, a Tchibo coffee machine and a picnicing basket and a basket for mushrooming.

We are a young married couple with two small children who fell in love with Jáchymov and the whole Ore Mountais region some time ago. Breathtaking nature, rich history and sports activities made us buy an apartment here, which we named after a place with a beautiful view between Klínovec and Boží Dar called Neklid. Its genius loci can be seen in the apartment itself, where it is artistically depicted by a local artist´s painting in the bedroom.

Apartment NeKLID is located in a quiet spa area of Jáchymov at the foot of the highest mountain of the Ore Mountains - Klínovec, which is easily accessible by cable car, which is 2 km from the apartment. In winter the Skibus stops in front of the house and in summer it is a nice walk. Klínovec, Boží Dar, Plešivec and of course Neklid are nearby resorts for winter and summer sports (skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, etc). The town is known for its rich history and important cultural heritage, there is a beautiful Mint, which reminds us of the "silver age" of Jáchymov. The oldest radon SPA in the world offer unique baths and other therapeutic spa treatments. The SPA also includes the Agricola water park, where you can relax after a busy day of sports and hiking or spend the day escaping bad weather. The aquapark offers a variety of attractions for old and young visitors alike - a water slide, massages, sauna mine, etc. The town of Ostrov, 6 km away, with its historical monuments and castle park, also deserves a visit.
