We offer a 3–4 person apartment in a beautifully renovated 16th-century historic building in Budyně nad Ohří, just 42 km from Prague. The apartment has been recently renovated and is fully equipped, featuring a bedroom, living room with dining area, kitchen, and a separate bathroom with toilet. The bedroom includes a double bed and a single bed, and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two guests, perfect for families or small groups. Towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, tea, instant coffee, and basic kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil). Upon request, we can also prepare a continental breakfast. The apartment offers beautiful views of the water castle and the church on the square. All windows are equipped with blinds for your comfort. Its location is perfect for cycling and hiking, with quick access to Prague’s city center. Budyně has everything you need: shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, ATM, post office, pharmacy and restaurants. The entire apartment is at your disposal during your stay, and any request or wish can be discussed with us ❤. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.

Above the apartment, there is a flat where the owner lives, so we are available anytime if you need anything. The apartment has a private entrance, so you can enjoy your stay completely privately. Check‑in is from 2:00 PM – you can pick up the keys either during a personal welcome or from a lockable key box, whichever you prefer. Check‑out is by 10:00 AM. We look forward to welcoming you! ❤
