Casa Santini is a spacious house of 270 m², which we always rent out as a whole. It offers comfort and privacy for up to 14 people, making it an ideal place for larger families, groups of friends, or corporate stays. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to 12 people, where they can enjoy shared breakfasts and evening gatherings. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and the option of extra beds, 2 smaller living rooms with a sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms for the maximum comfort of a larger group. Free parking is available directly at the property. There is also a garden shed that can be used for storing bikes and skis. A major advantage is the spacious garden with outdoor seating, a grill, a fire pit, and a children's playground – ideal for summer evenings and family stays. In winter, you will appreciate the quick access to ski slopes, and in summer, the garden, barbecues, and long evenings by the fire. Casa Santini is perfect for families, weekends with friends, and team-building events.

The surroundings have a unique atmosphere and there are many places to visit. For example: Jáchymov is part of UNESCO, you can visit the Royal Mint, historical silver mines and places where communist political prisoners worked in forced camps. In the surroundings there is the highest mountain of the Ore Mountains (Klínovec), beautiful natural scenery, hiking trails, mountain bike trails. You can recharge your batteries in one of the 4 Jáchymov spas (we recommend Agricola) with a wide selection of spa and wellness. Not far from the accommodation there is also the beautiful Karlovy Vary, which offers cultural life or the famous colonnade. Due to the variety of activities, we recommend transportation by your own car, but many activities are accessible on foot or it is possible to rent mountain bikes in the area.
