groot luxe karakteristiek chalet op toplocatie: 's winters direct aan pistes bij liften en skischolen en toch 100 m van dorpscentrum met supermarkt en restaurants. Rokytnice heeft langste afdaling van Tsjechie en is grootste skigebied, via Studenov achter Severka verbinding met skigebied Harrachov. Zomers vanuit Severka direct het beschermde Reuzengebergte in wandelen, fietsen of mountainbiken. Chalet Severka Carpe Diem is een dubbel chalet deel Carpe (17 pers.)en Diem (10 pers.) dat geheel of apart wordt verhuurd. Indien geheel dan begane grond en verdieping intern doorverbonden. Severka Carpe Diem heeft 2 woonkamers en 2 keukens, 8 slaapkamers met 27 bedden, 7 douches, 2 sauna's, whirlpool (alleen voor Carpe), stoomdouche (alleen Diem), 2 skikelders (Carpe binnendoor) met verwarmde skischoenhaken. Overal WIFI, en centrale verwarming. Carpe heeft nog een groot biljart en 2 fitnessapparaten. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kinderen dus die samen op vakantie willen, maar toch veel ruimte en privacy willen. Zomers tuinen terrassen en tuinschuren zijn gescheiden. Alleen Carpe heeft buitenzwembad, tafeltennistafel, basket, XXX houtkorf. De parkeerplaats biedt ruimte aan 7 auto's voor Severka
