I liked the whole room, I was especially happy to find a fridge inside! And I appreciate the little gift upon our arrival - beer and Raffaello. The whole place was clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend!

Friendly and kind staff - always gives their best

The staff was really friendly. It was great to start my day in the swimming pool which opens at 7 am. The Mumlava Waterfall was just a short hike from the hotel.

Great location, short walking distance from tram stop, short walking distance to downtown. Front desk is open 24 hours. Rooms are clean. Good breakfast available in house (150 kcs).

Awesome location in the mountains with a 3 km hike to the top of the ski jump out your door!

It is a great location, right near the city center, and a couple minutes from the local concert hall "Dům Kultury Liberec", so it is the perfect choice if you visit any event at the DK. It takes just around 9 minutes walk from the local Flixbus/Regiojet stop. The staff is nice, the room was very cozy, it's an overall great place to stay.

Clean room, best breakfast, nice staff

Perfect location, probably the best located hotel in Liberec. Right on the market square overlooking the heart of the beautiful city. What I loved about this stay was the extremely comfortable bed, spacious room, modern and clean bathroom as well as the pleasant vintage art deco/art noveau decor. The staff was really kind and helpful too.

The room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good too. I loved the lovely sunset seen from the room.

The breakfast was exceptional! The options were very wide, the option to cook your own waffle and create it with many various toppings is really a nice touch. Room was clean, even with a small card under the bed that said we cleaned here too. Welcoming drinks and bye bye brownies was another small things that really made a difference. The beds were comfy.

Very good breakfast, nice pool, clean and big rooms. I had the lunch menu once, it was cheap and tasty. I was there in summer and it was almost empty, as was the whole town. Seems odd as there is some nice hiking in the area, and many many restaurants (most empty as well). Restaurant prices (in general) are a bit high but not outrageously so.

Easy online check-in. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Location is close to Nisa Mall, which has a big supermarket, restaurants, and stores. And of course, private parking.

Since my arrival, I have had a good impression. The hospitality from the reception was amazing, this is what a hotel is made for: make you feel comfortable. Of course, the hotel is not of any modern type, but everything is functional and exactly as I expected. Breakfast was simple but well-made, fresh and enough to start the day refueled. Staff was supportive and kind, always helping customers when needed.

It is a nice courtyard with the hotel, bakery and restaurant. Plenty of parking space. The restaurant is very very good. And the breakfast is very special and tasty. There are pastries from the nearby bakery that makes it even more delicious. I highly recommend the restaurant. It is very good. Location is very nice near a small lake.

Amazing location, perfect to get going immediately for an amazing hike, amazing views, staff was super friendly, booking sauna was super easy, welcome drink was very nice touch, great selection at breakfast buffet, room was large, clean, and comfortable
