Large private house with 5rooms for 18guests. Each with private bathroom. Just minutes away from the best ski resorts in Czech republic. Fully equipped for winter or summer holiday. Large living area with fireplace, billiard, tablesoccer, seating for 18, bar, sofas. Brand new kitchen, sauna, heated rack for skiboots. Large garden with covered pool, patio, outside fireplace, kids house, swing, slide, table tenis. Parking for 10cars. Skibus/bikebus stop in front of the house.

We acquired the cottage in 2021 and completely renovated the house in 2022, every year we improve something for your comfortable stay. We were looking for a cottage in the biggest Czech mountains for family gatherings and because of the availability of winter sports. We found a former pension with flat garden and decided to make it available to mountain lovers, because it is beautiful here in winter and summer. The cottage already has new bathrooms, floors, windows, doors, shoe dryer, kitchen, sofas, bar, fireplace, pipe with biogon bomb, pool table, foosball table, ping pong, ski room and wallbox. We welcome large families and groups of friends. We do not rent the cottage for noisy parties. My goal is to upgrade the house every year so our guests and family can enjoy the stay even more when they return next time.

Nestled in national park Krkonoše, at the gate to the best Czech mountains and ski resorts in Krkonoše. Benecko, Aldrov, Špindlerův mlýn, Horní Mísečky, Rokytnice within 10-25mins. 5mins from charming city of Jilemnice, 90mins from Prague. Direct ski resort or Prague bus stops in front of the house. The location offers numerous activities all year long from skiing on the best slopes in Czech republic, countryskiing on nothern most and highest Czech mountains, also various hiking opportunities as well as tracks for mountainbikers. Very popular mushroom picking is available in surrounding free access forests. The cottage is 5mins drive from beautiful city of Jilemnice with all major supermarkets as well as variety of restaurants, pizza delivery, bistros and cafes. Jilemnice has also indoor swiming pool and saunas. Newly opened aquacentrum (indoor waterpark) in Vrchlabi is just 10mins away.
