A spacious holiday house with a total area of 300 m² offers comfortable accommodation for up to 23 guests. The house consists of 5 separate apartments and a large common room. House layout: 4 apartments for 4 guests Living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with toilet. In one apartment, there are two full-size beds in the living room instead of a sofa bed. Note: the bathrooms are connected directly to the bedroom. 1 attic apartment for 7 guests 3 bedrooms – 1× double bed, 2× single beds, 2× single beds and a child’s bed (160 cm long), living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, separate toilet. The house offers a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 5 living rooms, and one large common room. Please note that the apartment for seven guests is located in the attic and is accessed via a steeper staircase. The common room includes a kitchenette, dining tables for 14 people, a sofa, and a TV with Netflix. Guests can also enjoy a large garden with covered outdoor seating and a wooden sauna (available for an additional fee). There are two fireplace stoves in the house; they are not functional and must not be used.

The village of Kovářská is an excellent base for exploring the Ore Mountains. It is located just a few minutes from the Klínovec ski resort, offering perfect conditions for skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports. In the summer season, the area is ideal for cycling – the popular Klínovec Trail Park with flow trails and enduro routes is very close. The surrounding nature invites visitors to enjoy hiking, forest walks, and beautiful mountain views. Kovářská is a peaceful mountain village with a friendly atmosphere, making it a great place for families, outdoor lovers, and anyone seeking relaxation in nature.
