In winter, you will appreciate the easy access to ski areas, cross-country skiing trails and the ski bus. A small ski slope with a ski school is located directly in front of the residence, making it particularly convenient for children and beginners. In summer, the location is an excellent starting point for hiking, cycling and exploring the Krkonoše Mountains. Restaurants, cafés, a bobsleigh track, Mumlavský Waterfall and the cable car to Čertova hora are all within easy reach. Approximate distances: • Harrachov town centre – approx. 10 minutes on foot • Rustico 345 – approx. 4 minutes on foot • Ski bus – a few minutes' walk • Mumlava Waterfall – approx. 5 minutes by car
